The agreement between you and DAPITA LTD when you use our website or products.

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website dapita.net and any DAPITA products you access. By using our website or signing up for any DAPITA product, you agree to these Terms.
The contracting party is DAPITA LTD, registered in England and Wales, Companies House number 16634395, registered office in London, United Kingdom.
2. Use of the website
The dapita.net website is provided for informational purposes. You may view, link to, and quote reasonable extracts of public-facing content with attribution. You may not scrape, mirror, or repackage the site without written permission.
3. Products
Each DAPITA product (Core, BaaS, Algo, Security) is governed by these Terms plus any product-specific terms presented at signup. In case of conflict, product-specific terms prevail for that product.
- DAPITA Core is licensed software that you install on your own infrastructure. License terms are presented at purchase.
- DAPITA BaaS, Algo, Security are hosted services. Subscription terms, fair-use policies, and rate limits are detailed at signup and on the respective product pages.
4. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, or use our products to violate the rights of others or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our acceptable use policies, or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.
5. Payment, refunds, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period selected. You may cancel any subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law or expressly stated in a product-specific refund policy.
6. Intellectual property
The DAPITA name, logos, website content, and all software (other than open-source components) are the intellectual property of DAPITA LTD. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the products for the duration of your subscription or, in the case of Core, under the terms of your license agreement.
Content you create using DAPITA products (your data, your code, your configurations) remains your property. We claim no ownership over it.
7. Warranties and liability
We provide our products "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated in product documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify DAPITA against claims arising from your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights through your use of our services.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the products after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity (12+ months on free plans), or where required by law. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
